Dr. Atkinson: I just wanted to thank you briefly for what seems to have been a very professional & painless colonoscopy  procedure last week.  I experienced no pre-or post procedure discomfort & the sedation worked perfectly.  You & the excellent staff were quick & efficient, with the entire "backstage" process taking what I believe was less than an hour - starting on time as scheduled.   Edith, the RN who prepped me for the procedure did an especially good job tapping a vein for sedation on the 1st attempt, despite my small & rolling hand veins.  Everyone was courteous and respectful throughout the process.  Thanks for your (collective) excellent work. 
  7. Hello, I just wanted to thank the folks who helped me through my (un-sedated) endoscopy today. Dr. Dooley was fantastic and did a quick and efficient job. Nicole was extremely comforting and a great coach through the process. MaryAnn and David were both very kind and helpful in getting me checked in and out.  I really appreciate you all working with me and providing such excellent care.  Thank you.

Both my nurses (whose names I either did not know or have forgotten) treated me kindly, professionally, efficiently and with humor (a big plus in my book!). Dr. Hoverson was instilled calm and confidence in me that all would go well. Glen was a dream! I was apprehensive about the anesthesia having had a very negative experience with my first colonoscopy, and Glen assured me this experience would be nothing like that - and it wasn't! I was asleep and awake before I knew it and feeling great upon awakening. You are all so good at what you do. Thank you! With deep gratitude"

For Desiree and all staff that worked with my Cholestyramine prior-auth issue:  THANK YOU so much for sticking with the insurance pitfalls...the Cholestyramine appeal was granted which means it has gone from Tier 4 to Tier 2 and I can  rest a bit easier in the wallet department.  You all are much appreciated....

I now regret not returning for a follow-up visit after a bad experience that occurred in 2006.  At that time, I had an extreme reaction to the sedative I was given.  Because of this, I avoided any follow -up colonoscopies, right or wrong, finally my PCP cornered me and convinced me to have the procedure done.  I did meet with Dr. Hoverson beforehand and he said: "we can make this as easy for you as you need it to be".  Once again, I want to THANK ALL OF YOU.  I'm sorry I don't remember your names, other than Robert.
