Provider Reviews

  1. Dr. Bujanda had the best bedside manner of any physician she had seen in Santa Fe.
  2. Thank you Dr. Atkinson: I know I have said this before but I want to say again, you have been a blessing for taking me under your care. I know I am a complicated case and you are very brave and caring for even trying. Please never loose this quality. It makes you an amazing doctor.
  3. Dr. Castillo-Roth:  Thank you for addressing my concerns prior to this procedure and for also preforming my first successful colonoscopy, the only one of several attempts. You are at the top of my list of how medical professionals should treat and respect patients in their care. Also, the support staff was efficient, made me feel comfortable and well cared for. Thank you again.
  4. Dear Dr. Rowberry, I am writing to you to THANK YOU and your staff for excellent medical care and advice that you gave me during my consultation on 1/8/2020 and for my colonoscopy on 1/29/2020.  I am grateful for your expertise, your detailed explanations and for making me feel comfortable (and even relaxed) before, during and after my colonoscopy. Thank you!
  5. Dear Juddson, I wanted to thank you for your professionalism and sensitivity you have shown to me in addressing my issue.   I very much appreciate your perseverance and your commitment to helping me.
  6. Dr. Atkinson: I just wanted to thank you briefly for what seems to have been a very professional & painless colonoscopy  procedure last week.  I experienced no pre-or post procedure discomfort & the sedation worked perfectly.  You & the excellent staff were quick & efficient, with the entire "backstage" process taking what I believe was less than an hour - starting on time as scheduled.   Edith, the RN who prepped me for the procedure did an especially good job tapping a vein for sedation on the 1st attempt, despite my small & rolling hand veins.  Everyone was courteous and respectful throughout the process.  Thanks for your (collective) excellent work.
  7. Hello, I just wanted to thank the folks who helped me through my (un-sedated) endoscopy today. Dr. Dooley was fantastic and did a quick and efficient job. Nicole was extremely comforting and a great coach through the process. MaryAnn and David were both very kind and helpful in getting me checked in and out.  I really appreciate you all working with me and providing such excellent care.  Thank you.
  8. “I don't know if this is the best place to do this, but I want to thank everyone that was involved in making my colonoscopy experience such an easy and pleasant experience with no lingering side effects. Both my nurses (whose names I either did not know or have forgotten) treated me kindly, professionally, efficiently and with humor (a big plus in my book!). Dr. Hoverson was instilled calm and confidence in me that all would go well. Glen was a dream! I was apprehensive about the anesthesia having had a very negative experience with my first colonoscopy, and Glen assured me this experience would be nothing like that - and it wasn't! I was asleep and awake before I knew it and feeling great upon awakening. You are all so good at what you do. Thank you! With deep gratitude"
  9. Dear Dr. Quinn: Thank you for your kindness during my colonoscopy this week.  I am lucky that I have not had to see you very often! but everytime I do I am reminded of what a good doctor you are.  Also, your nurse Mary was just lovely.  Thank you!
  10. Dr. Pavelock:  Thank you so much for everything you did for me.  You are such a caring person. Please never lose your kindness.  May God bless you and keep you safe.
  11. For Desiree and all staff that worked with my Cholestyramine prior-auth issue:  THANK YOU so much for sticking with the insurance pitfalls...the Cholestyramine appeal was granted which means it has gone from Tier 4 to Tier 2 and I can  rest a bit easier in the wallet department.  You all are much appreciated....
  12. I now regret not returning for a follow-up visit after a bad experience that occurred in 2006.  At that time, I had an extreme reaction to the sedative I was given.  Because of this, I avoided any follow -up colonoscopies, right or wrong, finally my PCP cornered me and convinced me to have the procedure done.  I did meet with Dr. Hoverson beforehand and he said: "we can make this as easy for you as you need it to be".  Once again, I want to THANK ALL OF YOU.  I'm sorry I don't remember your names, other than Robert.
